8/31/1865 - “SALE OF GOVERNMENT BUILDINGS AT ANNAPOLIS JUNCTION, MD…August 25, 1865. Will be sold at public auction on the premises…Twenty-seven Frame Buildings, comprising those known as the Rulison U. S. A. General Hospital at Annapolis Junction…as follows:

Seven (7) one-story Buildings, 102x20feet.
Seven (7) do do 30×20 feet.
Four (4) do do 62×20 feet.
One (1) do do 62×10 feet.
One (1) do do 26×10 feet.
One (1) do do 12×12 feet.
One (1) do do 90×20 feet.
One (1) Ice House 11×3 feet.
Four (4) small Sheds of various dimensions.
Also, one Brick Bake oven, 10×10 feet.
